She collaborates with her two partners to deliver comprehensive financial services including bookkeeping, tax preparation, payroll management, and small business support. She brings precision, professionalism, and a strategic mindset to her work, helping her clients operate with confidence and maintain long term financial stability. Away from the office, Valerie loves spending meaningful time with her three grandsons—Phillip III, Kendall, and Carter—who are her greatest source of pride.

Gina Paoli, CPA

Gina is an accountant with 35 years as a CPA. My career has been specializing in all aspects of accounting including bookkeeping, payroll, tax and financial analytics. My other specialty is program management where I have designed and written programs for small companies.

I have recently adopted my grandchild so most of my time outside of work is spent with her.

Kim Brewington

Based in Lebanon, TN, Kim is a detail-oriented accountant with 35 years of corporate finance experience. Specializing in bookkeeping, I would like to bring accuracy and analytical thinking to streamline your financial processes.
